Services

Theatre space, rehearsal rooms and classrooms plus other spaces suitable for theatre performances, conferences and events are available for rent in the buildings of the University of Theatre and Film Arts.

The prices below are guide ones as rental shall be defined according to the term and purpose of lease and it may be subject to individual agreement. We give significant discount to schools, foundations and groups involved in arts.

THEATRE SPACE
Ódry Stage

The University’s own theatre, which seats 261 people. The size of the stage itself is 101 m² .

 Loft

This more intimate space is mainly suitable for studio performances can be found in the loft space of the Ódry Stage. The overall capacity of this smaller theatre depending on the arrangement of the performance area seats 50-60 people.

REHEARSAL ROOMS:

Várkonyi room, Nádasdy room, Hevesi room, the Club

These rehearsal rooms are also suitable for the University student studio and experimental. performances. The arrangement of the stage and auditorium can be modified according to needs.

Nadasdy Room

  Gym 

The character of the gym makes it suitable for movement classes primarily. It is equipped with wall-bars and ballet surface. 

CLASSROOMS:

  The so-called Canteen, rooms 202, 220, 123, 218, 219, small room with piano.

These classrooms are ideal for the rehearsal of small cast performances on the other hand, if requested, they can be arranged to seat  30-50 people for performances and projection.

The small rooms equipped with pianos are suitable for music/singing rehearsals for few people not needing too much space to move.

CONFERENCE ROOM

 Council room

 A room suitable for performances (50 people), smaller conferences, meetings (20-25 people) equipped with a 150cm diameter flat screen television, DVD, VHS, flipchart board and upon request a projector and a 2x1.50 m projection screen.

OTHERS

Buffet

For smaller meetings, events, birthdays, concerts for approximately 85 people.
